(so-called phishing), i.e. attempts to defraud hotel guests.

Protect your accounts and identity by paying attention to spam messages with links or attachments
that ask you to log in and enter personal or financial information.

To protect yourself, we recommend that you do not respond to such messages or calls and that you avoid
clicking on links in messages from unknown sources.

As a hotel, we do not use SMS, WhatsApp or similar applications to communicate with guests, nor will we
ask for your personal or credit card information in this way.

Real hotel emails come exclusively from the hotelastoria.hr domain, i.e. they end with @hotelastoria.hr
